If the effect of our medications does not meet your expectations, please contact us to let us know. We will provide you with a return address, and once the product has been received by our returns department, we will begin the refund process.
Any order can be reimbursed up to 90 days after it was placed if the product has not been opened and is still sealed. We’ll give you a full refund once we receive the package back at one of our warehouses. We’ll credit your account using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
You will be refunded the full purchase price of your product, minus any shipping fees, within 3 business days of returning the box to us (unless, of course, the reason for you returning the order was because of an error on our part).
Please notify us as soon as possible if your order was delivered but some items were damaged or missing. Send us a photo of everything you received, including the packaging labels, to do so. This will assist us in determining what occurred and how to avoid similar issues in the future. In most cases, we will respond with the results of our investigation within two business days.
As a result, we may be able to compensate you in the form of free reshipping of the missing items, a partial refund, a credit toward a future purchase, or a discount coupon.
If it’s been more than 90 days since your purchase, we’re afraid we won’t be able to accept returns.
How to return your products
- Please use the contact form on our Contact Us page to let us know you’d like to return your order or any of the items within it.
- Our team will confirm your return request and send you an email with the mailing address to which you can send your products.
- Double-check that the items you’re returning are well-protected. Make sure everything is packed tightly and securely.
- Any breakage that occurs during the return shipment process is not our responsibility.
- Please indicate whether you’d like a refund or an exchange for a different product.
- Inside the parcel, please include a copy of the purchase order that came with your initial order, indicating which items you’re returning.
- Use any mail or courier service provider you prefer to have the shipment delivered to us. Please enclose a copy of your initial shipment receipt if you’re returning a product due to a defect or an error on our part, so we can reimburse your shipping costs as well.
- A refund will be arranged within 3 business days after the products have arrived at our warehouse.
If you return 12 or more of the same items, there will be a 15% restocking fee due to inventory control costs and shelf life constraints. When returning products from an order that originally qualified for free shipping, we will deduct $5.95 from your total refund.
